Q - How much water does the Drink-Aide hold?
A - 28 ounces.
Q - What material is the bottle made of?

Q - Can I put hot liquids in my Drink-Aide?
A - We do not recommend putting hot liquids in the Drink-Aide.
Q - How long is the tube?
A - 19-20 inches from the top of the lid.
Q - How can I order tubes? And how much do they cost?
A - Call customer service @ 800.336.7022 and $3.00, between 9 a.m.
and 3 p.m. EST, Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.
Q - How often do I change the tube?
A - It depends on what you are drinking. Sugary liquids or those
that stain require the user to wash or
change the tube frequently. Basically,
you should clean the Drink-Aide after
each use.

with a credit card, or we can mail you
an order form and you can send it back
with a check and your order.
Q - Is the bottle insulated?
A - No, it has a foam sleeve that will keep the water cooler than
just a regular water bottle.

Q - Do we sell any other products?
A - No, the Drink-Aide is our only product.
Q - Is it dishwasher safe?
A - Yes on medium settings and in the top rack.
Q - I lost the Drink-Aide instructions that came with my Drink-Aide.
